Rightfully in the spotlight and center stage is a large Bohemian garnet carbuncle or cabochon in all its glorious, deep burgundy red color. Each is a staggering 28 carats, for a total of 56 carats just for the center stones.

These are nestled within a scalloped bezel of rose gold over silver, often termed garnet gold. Foiled and set closed back, the smaller gemstones display bright highlights as the earrings move in contrast to the lush centers.

These small faceted Bohemian garnets are prong set and impart a soft, wavy profile. Modern 14k rose gold shepherd's hook ear wires have been added to allow these to dangle just below the lobe.
